At VESTRA we prepare every order with the greatest care so that you receive your garments in perfect condition.

Free shipping on all eligible orders.

Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days from purchase confirmation, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days within Europe.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

The stated timeframes are estimates and may extend due to logistics issues, peak periods, or carrier delays.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed.
Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately and cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
