Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at VESTRA. If you are not, you have the right of withdrawal under European regulations.

Return window

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Return costs

The direct costs of the return due to withdrawal are borne by the customer and will not be refunded.

Condition of items

Items must be returned in good condition, unused beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, and in their original packaging where possible.

How to start a return

Write to us at contacto@vestralabel.com within 14 days stating your order number. Returns will not be accepted unless requested and authorized in advance by our team.

Refunds

Once we receive the return or proof of shipment, we will inspect the item and process the refund via the original payment method. The refund may take a few additional business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not process automatic exchanges for size, color, or style. Please contact our customer service for available options.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of gift cards or intimate or personal-hygiene products once their seal has been opened.

Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us with photographs of the product. Where applicable, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
