Return Policy

We want you to shop with complete peace of mind. If something isn't what you expected, managing an exchange or return is simple.

1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return, a period longer than the minimum legal of 14 days established by European consumer protection regulations.

2. Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
• They must retain their original tags and, where applicable, their packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items may be excluded from exchange.

3. How to request a return

1. Email us at returns@vestra.com indicating your order number and the item to be returned.
2. We will send you the instructions and return address.
3. Prepare the package and send it within the indicated period.

4. Refunds

Once the item is received and verified, we will process the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase, usually within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.

5. Exchanges

If you want a different size or color, indicate it in your request and, subject to availability, we will manage the exchange with no additional shipping cost.

6. Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours and we will cover all costs of the resolution.
